Want to stay healthy and in shape? Consider the fitness classes held right here at Brownback's UCC. For the past 12+ years, Jane Peronteau has taught classes for people of all levels of fitness, featuring warm-ups, weights, aerobics, yoga, core and abs, stretching, and cool-down meditation.
Everyone participates at his or her own pace and level of intensity. Jane brings motivating music and instruction to the class and continually adds variety to keep it interesting!
You don't need to register or sign up, just show up with a mat and 2-3 lb weights if you want to use them. The cost is $5 per class and you can attend when it fits your own schedule.
Class is held every Monday and Wednesday morning at
8:45 am, and Tuesday evenings at 6:15 pm in the Fellowship Hall.
